Wakatobi as one of 10 main tourism destinations that confirmed by President of Indonesia Joko Widodo that need to be priority of development. To realiza this, a homestay with Wakatobi traditional house designed follow the area characteristics.

ROMA BOE described as Wakatobi main identity above the sea. The design is real traditional design of Bajo tribe of Wakatobi. The energy for this project comes from the sea and wind turbine that is placed there.

The material made from woods and straw as main material of traditional house in Wakatobi. 

​

From masterplan: the area designed in arch shape where these houses facade leads to a center point which can be attraction area of Wakatobi that has a relation woth sea.

This concept of homestay hopefully make this area independent well.
