To improve Ryde area quality from mixed use concept, this project created for multifunction purpose like living, observatorium, office and open public space.

Th concept of this project is above the horizon, where user and nature unites. By leveling up landscape and created a hill that has a great benefit for public space. By through the horizon, this program offers new lifestyle for users.

As alternative energy, retention pond created, incinerator system for trash that can be reused as energy source.
