This show unit built to support marketing tools at The Spring area. There area 3 type of houses that decided to be show units.

​

1) Type 53 as smallest unit in show unit. This house designed for simple family that has 2 kid bedrooms and a main bedroom. There is a small area of open space for air circulation. at the back of the site.

​

2) Type 93 as medium size in show unit. This house is simply has 2 kid bedroom and a main bedroom like type 53, but with huge area.

​

3) Type 133 as the biggest size in show units. This unit has a huge potential from outside the site. There is a backyard garden that is accessible for this house, as this type is targeted for huge level  buyer.
